I may still be with a client, prepping between services, or simply enjoying my lunch. ✨ No children policy. ✨ No extra guests. 🪷 ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH MY BOOKING SYSTEM. 🪷 ✨ The Gloss Genius booking system is a great way for you to book, cancel, or reschedule appointments at your convenience, while allowing me to enjoy my family/personal life when I am away from the salon or if I am with a client. ✨ In case of a nail emergency, a new appointment, a cancellation, or a need to reschedule, please refer to the confirmation text that was sent to you upon booking and click “Manage My Appointment,” or use the link in my IG bio to book ALL future appointments & changes. ✨24 hr cancellation notice is appreciated. ✨ Please book with care. Three consecutive cancellations or rescheduled appointments will result in no longer being able to book future appointments with me. ✨ A 10-minute grace period is honored for both the client and service provider. ✨ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for myself and my clients.
